Once you have a potential candidate, a prediction is required as to the candidates chances of success in the new job.
In addition, during progress talks, an assessment is made of the quality of employees who already hold positions in the company. To be able to determine such personal attributes more objectively and make predictions that are based on actual practice, Stichting Communicatie has several psychological selection methods at its disposal.
One of our methods is the Mirrortest, also available online. This is a questionnaire which can be completed in-house at the company site thereby yielding an accurate picture of the candidate.
Secondly there is the complete psychological examination which takes about 4 hrs. This examination completes the picture from the Mirrortest by ways of testing professional interests, motivation and intelligence.
Thirdly we offer the Assessment Centre (ca. 6 hrs) which combines the complete examination with interactive role plays with professional actors. The modules available for this examination can be arranged specific for the function of interest.
