Changing behaviour takes time!
That is why we have built in an interval of one to two weeks between training sessions. These intervals give participants the opportunity to put new skills into practice and to use the results for self-motivation. Participants then discuss and evaluate their experiences at the next training session.
Customisation is achieved by matching the training course to previously formulated objectives and to the personal effectiveness of the participants. Key factors in achieving customisation are good preparation and modular construction of subject blocks on the one hand, and prior inventory of the current situation on the other.
The effect of training courses depends to a large extent on the way in which the company then proceeds to utilise what has been learned. For instance, it is crucial that managers speak the same language as their staff, and that they use the learning effects of the course to further instruct and coach their employees.
